We ship fast from New Jersey.
We process and ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving them. From our New Jersey warehouse, you’ll typically receive your order in 2–5 business days anywhere in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
- Flat-rate $5.99 on U.S. orders under $50
- Expedited shipping available at checkout (1–2 business day delivery, rate calculated at checkout)
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take 5–7 business days.
We do not currently ship internationally. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime through the link in that email.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email info@pawsndclaws.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a brief description (and photos if damaged). We’ll work with the carrier and either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to redirect packages once they’ve shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment (you cover the second shipping cost) or a refund minus original shipping.
