Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days. We ship from our New Jersey warehouse within 24 hours of order placement (Mon–Fri).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free on all U.S. orders over $50. Flat-rate $5.99 for orders under $50. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii). Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Click it anytime to see where your package is.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Email info@pawsndclaws.com within 7 days with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns
What is your return policy?

30 days, no questions asked, no restocking fees. Lightly used items are okay. We pay return shipping. See our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email info@pawsndclaws.com with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label within 24 hours.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange an item?

For the fastest exchange, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a full refund. We don’t process direct swaps because it’s slower.

Products
Are your products vet-approved?

Yes. We only stock products that have been vetted by pet professionals and tested by real pet parents. Where applicable, we list product certifications and safety standards.

What if a product doesn’t work for my pet?

Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Used or unused. We trust your judgment.

Do you sell pet food or medications?

Not currently. We focus on accessories, training tools, grooming, comfort, and wellness products. We’re expanding regularly — subscribe to our newsletter for new arrival alerts.

My pet has special needs — can you recommend something?

Yes. Email info@pawsndclaws.com with details about your pet (size, breed, age, what you’re solving for) and we’ll send personalized recommendations.

Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe, both PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you contact us within 1 hour of ordering, we can usually cancel or modify it. After that, the order may have already shipped. Email info@pawsndclaws.com ASAP.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — available on our gift cards page. Delivered by email, no expiry date.
