If a product isn’t right for your pet, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay return shipping, no restocking fees, no questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email info@pawsndclaws.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible — lightly used items are okay.
- Drop it at any USPS location.
- Your refund is processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
What can be returned
Almost everything we sell. We trust pet parents to know whether a product worked or didn’t. You don’t need to apologize for trying it.
What cannot be returned
- Items damaged through misuse, accidents, or after the 30-day window
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Free promotional items
- Hygiene-sensitive items that have been used (e.g., grooming brushes once heavily used)
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us processing the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange: place a new order for the item you want, then return the original for a full refund. We don’t process direct swaps because it gets your replacement to you faster.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@pawsndclaws.com within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no cost and arrange free return shipping for the original. No need to use the standard return process for these cases — we treat them as priority.
Late returns
Returns received after 30 days may be denied or refunded at a reduced rate at our discretion. If you’re close to the window, just email us — we’re usually flexible if you communicate.
